SO EXCITED!!!!!

I have looked forward to this day for a long time.  I have been a stay at home mom for almost 8 years. Today I attended my paperwork meeting with FCPS.  So I am now officially a substitute teacher. I decided to go back to school to obtain my teaching degree about a year and a half ago.  Since my youngest starts kindergarten in August I wanted to start subbing.  I can make money while I am making a difference in the lives of students in our county.  I do not want to be your typical sub that just sits back and is a warm body in the classroom.  I actually want to get in there and "get my hands dirty"!!!  I want to start making a difference in the lives of the students that I come in contact with.  I look forward to subbing starting in August.  If anyone has any advice for me feel free to share!!!  I am open to any suggestions you may have.
